Kylling ca. 1700 g                                                                                                                                                                                              1 pk. inderfilet

3 porrer                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   2 porrer        

300 g bacon = 2 pk.. I skiver                                                                                                                                  150 g bacon

3 butterdejsplader                                                                                                                                                                                               2 butterdejsplader

½ l piskefløde                                                                                                                                                                                                     ¼ l piskefløde

Salt og peber

 

Kog kyllingen og skær den i småstykker.

Porrerne skæres i ringe.

Bacon skæres i stykker.

Bacon svitses i gryden, porrer ringene kommes i, derefter salt, peber og piskefløde.

Kyllingestykkerne til sidst.

Det hele kommes i et smurt ildfast fad.

Rul butterdejen ud og skær den i tynde strimler, som lægges som et gitter ud over fadet.

Stilles i ovnen ca. 55-60 min. ved 220°.

Der kan serveres ris og salat til.
